Orders
All orders are confirmed upon payment. Prices shown are starting prices — final pricing is confirmed at the time of order. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equivalent or superior quality if specific varieties are unavailable.
Delivery
All orders are pre-order and require a minimum of 48 hours' notice; we do not offer same-day or next-day delivery. Delivery windows are approximate. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, adverse weather, etc.).
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a preparation fee. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared or in transit.
Product Descriptions
Photographs on our website are representative. Seasonal availability means the exact arrangement may vary slightly from images shown. All arrangements are made to order — no two are exactly alike.
Bespoke & Event Orders
Bespoke and event orders require a deposit to secure the date. Deposit amounts are confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the event.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
