Refund Policy

Our Commitment
We want every customer to be completely satisfied. If your arrangement does not meet the standard you expect, please contact us immediately on Instagram and we will make it right.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a preparation fee of up to 50% of the order value.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, please photograph the arrangement and message us on Instagram within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Quality Issues
Fresh flowers are perishable. Our arrangements are guaranteed for a minimum of 5 days when cared for as instructed. If your flowers fail before this, contact us with photos and we will provide a resolution.
Non-Refundable Items
Bespoke or custom arrangements, event decoration services, and orders where the recipient was not available to receive delivery are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.
How to Request a Refund
Message us on Instagram @blessvne with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours.
